During the open day, we give a presentation about all
aspects of living at Ciudad Patricia, and explain what “lifetime right of use”
means. We will visit an apartment so you can get a feel of where you would
be living. We’ll also be introducing our new Jazmín (see new renders below)

Living in Spain as a British ‘expat’ has its challenges, perhaps
more-so since Brexit. That’s why we’ve partnered with Aldertons of Spain, who
are immigration experts. Emma from Aldertons will also give a short overview of
some of the challenges which you face and how to overcome them.

Afterwards you are welcome to make a
reservation to enjoy lunch in our on resort restaurant which has been recently re-vamped. They
have an excellent menu ranging for lunchtime snacks, to full à la carte
